Same operators
Dispatchers, supervisors, ops leads, field officers, command staff. The people who actually run the operation.
One Platform. Unified Response. ctHelixOne™ brings together the tools operations teams actually need — from event command tents to permanent dispatch centers — without the enterprise tax. Each module stands on its own, but they’re built to share an operational backbone, a trust model, and a data home.
Philosophy
ctHelixOne™ is a unification, not a portfolio. Every module exists because the same operators kept running into adjacent versions of the same problem.
Dispatchers, supervisors, ops leads, field officers, command staff. The people who actually run the operation.
Coordinating people in the field, capturing what happened, producing a defensible record. Different shapes, same shape.
Self-hostable. Portable data model. PIN-friendly field auth. Standard stack. No proprietary mesh.
Modules
One is shipping. Two are in development. Each one earns its place by solving a real operator problem, not by filling a feature checklist.
Computer Aided Dispatch
Portable, browser-native CAD for events, small agencies, and backup-CAD deployments. Full unit board, incident lifecycle, transport flow, configurable numbering, PDF reporting, and a fully audited operations log.
Records Management System
Long-form incident reports, case management, master name index, evidence tracking. Built so incidents from ctHelixCAD™ flow straight into structured records, with the same audit trail and the same self-host story.
Field Mobile Platform
Map-first, offline-tolerant mobile platform for officers, units, and field commanders. Subsumes and extends the /m PIN-based companion that ships inside ctHelixCAD™ today.
Targeted extensions, integrations, and special-purpose modules built on the same backbone. Scoped per project, owned by you when delivered. Useful when you need something the suite doesn’t (yet) cover.
The backbone
Different problems, same primitives. Buying one module makes the next one feel familiar — to your operators and your IT team alike.
Tell us what you run. We’ll tell you what’s coming and when you should expect it.
